     Welcome to Concern For Critters official website. Our passion is animals and we take pride in our efforts to stop animal abuse and over population. Here, we hope to convince you to help us spay and neuter animals as well as stop animal abuse.

The Oliver Fund

    The Oliver Fund is a medical fund financed through donations made in memory of Leroy Oliver, who was a Battle Creek humanitarian. This fund finances partial payment to the veterinarian of choice for medical services provided senior citizens' companion animals. 

               

 Never forget the times they made you laugh, because they are few and far between for those many animals that do not have a family of their own to give their love and lives to.

Education

Please note, Concern for Critters DOES NOT take rescues, however, animals that our members choose to rescue from their own area is of their own choice.

 

This is Peppy and he was rescued by one of our members. He was put in the local news paper, cage and all at a set price of $1000. When the member ran into the seller, she gave her price on the bird and cage, $500. 

      Several weeks later, the seller could still not sell the bird and he was rescued by the Concern for Critters member. For more about Peppy and our members other rescues, please visit our rescues page.
